TREATMENTS/OUR APPROACH

At Levara Health, we believe that medications should be combined with behavioral counseling for a “whole patient approach,” known as Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Medication or counseling alone are often insufficient, but together we have seen the combination change lives forever.

WHOLE PATIENT APPROACH

Levara’s Whole Patient Approach to curing patients of opioid addiction is patient centered, using low doses of medication, combined with therapy.

MEDICATION ASSISTED TREATMENT

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) combines medication with counseling. And together, MAT saves lives. It can take time to heal, just like a broken bone, but gradually, full recovery happens.

ADDICTION THERAPY

Addiction Therapy is a phased approach using medically administered Buprenorphine (Suboxone®) to wean the patient off opioid addiction.

GROUP THERAPY

In group therapy, as opposed to individual therapy, a person is more likely to be both challenged and supported by peers in similar situations.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving.

MOTIVATIONAL INTERVIEWING

Motivational Interviewing helps people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior.

COUPLES & FAMILY THERAPY

Opioid addiction impacts entire families. Strong relationships with spouse, family and friends are essential for successful drug abuse treatment.
