Levara is an Integrated Primary Care Provider for the management of opioid dependence through the prescription of medication and group therapy.

Improper use of opioid pain medication or other gateway substances can lead to abuse.  This is not the fault of the client but rather a true medical problem.  At Levara, we do not blame the client;  we support the client to get to a healthy place where life can be more productive.

Levara utilizes a “whole patient approach.”   Medications are  combined with behavioral counseling .  This process is known as Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), including buprenorphine (Suboxone®), effective for the treatment of opioid use disorders.
